The Future of Green Buildings

Sustainable. Efficient. Lifetime. Building Envelopes.

Greenstone Insulated Composite Envelope (ICE) Panels are an innovative and advanced structural building envelope technology that can be used in residential, commercial, and industrial projects as load-bearing exterior and interior walls, floors, ceilings, and roof assemblies.

They are significantly lighter, stronger, and more durable than traditional framing systems, allowing for broad design capabilities, unparalleled effective R-values, and considerably faster build times.

Greenstone utilizes the strength of a dual cold-formed steel frame (designed by a licensed P. Eng. In compliance with CSA S136) in composite with the superior insulating values of expanded polystyrene (EPS). Both materials are recyclable, will not warp, split or crack over time and have zero toxic gas emissions.

Greenstone’s manufacturing and quality assurance process is inspected quarterly by a third-party inspection company known as QAI Laboratories Ltd.

The Quality Control process includes approved raw material suppliers, in-process quality inspection and testing, as well as final product inspection and quality control tests. A finished product label is affixed to each Greenstone Panel to ensure identification and traceability of the finished product is maintained.

Greenstone ICE Panels are produced in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Brandon, Manitoba.
